Hazel and John would like to welcome you to Western House.  We emigrated from Somerset, England, seven years ago, to build a new life in this lovely country for ourselves and our three children.

We enjoy the fresh country air and friendly New Zealand people.  Our interests are gardening, antiques, fishing, spinning and weaving, and guests will be delighted that we enjoy cooking.

Our pets include horses, ducks, chickens, a cat, rabbits, guinea pigs, a budgerigar, and goldfish.  Flossie, our Westhighland Terrier, is a fun character, who loves being around children and adults.
